All orders are processed within 1–2 weeks unless otherwise stated. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. Plastic Princess is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

We currently ship worldwide. International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
